Elegant Wedding At The Ranch
With 2020 being an extremely tough year for weddings, we cannot express the amount of joy it brings us to be back! Therefore, we are even more thrilled to be telling you about the most beautiful day at the ranch for Taylor and Darren's wedding. Before we get into all the lovely wedding details, we want to take a moment to obsess over this venue. Rancho Las Lomas, located in Southern California, is an historic beauty hidden away in the foothills of Orange County. As soon as you pull up to the venues gate entrance, you just know that you are about to be stunned with beauty. Although the Ranchos has been renovated over the years since it was purchased nearly 40 years ago, it still has recycled materials such as old doors, windows and other collectibles, which really gives the venue such attention to detail. Not to mention all the beautiful oak and sycamore trees surrounding the private estate and bungalows. This really was just the perfect setting.
Taylor and Darren chose to do a first look before the ceremony. We absolutely love first looks. That moment of privacy to share an unforgettable moment together is so key. Seeing each other for the first time before you are about to officially spend the rest of your lives together is truly an indescribable feeling. Darren was of course speechless when he turned around to see Taylor in her beautiful lace wedding gown. She looked stunning. We had the opportunity to catch some incredible moments walking around the beautiful gardens. The details at Rancho Las Lomas are like nothing you have seen before.
The Perfect Ceremony at Rancho Las Lamos
Now we are really excited about this part. Everything about the ceremony was absolutely perfect. From the location to the décor to the I do's. We just couldn't get enough and neither could their guests. The ceremony took place in front of a beautiful structure located in the Ranch that was decorated with white florals and greenery. The aisle was lined with white rose petals and there were hydrangeas and roses everywhere! After the newlyweds said their vows and exchanged I do's, everyone jumped for joy at Taylor and Darren officially becoming husband and wife! As everyone headed to cocktail hour by the pool, we got some shots of the bride and groom with their fun bridal party. Now let's get to the really good part...
Reception Under The Stars
When we say that this wedding reception was perfection.. we really mean it. It was perfection. The elegant and traditional wedding vibes were completely on point. White linens with white florals and greenery. A three tiered white wedding cake decorated with roses and of course the bistro lighting. We could go on and on about how amazing this reception looked. The best part is, it was located in the same spot as the ceremony, which you would never even realize! It looked completely transformed, but we got to spend more time in that lovely atmosphere surrounded by trees and the historic structures. The new Mr. and Mrs. were introduced and had their heartwarming first dance as husband and wife. The night continued with some speeches and parent dances. Taylor's parent dance had everyone laughing as they kept it super fun with a funny dance routine. Eventually the sun went down and all the guests gathered on the dance floor with Taylor and Darren to dance the night away under the stars. The night ended with cake cutting and kisses between the new Mr. and Mrs. What an incredible and unforgettable day!
